1. Mean grade of C- (Minus) at KCSE or equivalent with at least C- (Minus) in the following: Biology, English/Kiswahili and a C- (Minus) in two other Sciences or Humanities; OR,
2. Mean grade D+ (Plus) at KCSE with at least a certificate in community health or any other health-related course.
